MCB Definition:

Miniature circuit breakers, also known as miniature circuit breakers, are suitable for overload and short circuit protection of lines with AC 50/60Hz rated voltage 230/400V and rated current up to 63A. They can also be used for infrequent operation and conversion of lines under normal conditions. Miniature circuit breakers are mainly used in various places such as industry, commerce, high-rise and residential buildings. The product should comply with GB10963.1, IEC60898 standards

Mini Switch Composition:

1. Breakable contact connection. It consists of fixed contacts and movable contacts.

2. A device composed of a metal cylinder or an insulating cylinder, in which a disconnectable contact connection and arc extinguishing equipment and a transmission device are installed.

3. The transmission device that drives the contact.

4. Arc extinguishing equipment

Features:

1. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity is high, and some rated current levels can reach more than 10KA.

2. Double wiring function, can easily connect standard bus bar and flexible wire.

3. Combined terminal block with finger-touch protection for higher safety.

4. With energy storage mechanism operation, the contact is closed quickly, which overcomes the adverse effects caused by the speed of manual operation of the handle, and improves the service life of the product.

6. The shell and some functional parts are made of imported high-flame retardant, high temperature resistant and impact resistant plastics.

Working conditions:

1. The upper limit of ambient air temperature should not exceed +40℃, the lower limit should not be lower than -5℃, and the average temperature of 24 hours should not exceed +35℃;

Note 1: The lower limit is -10°C or -25°C working conditions, the user must declare to the manufacturer when ordering;

Note 2: For working conditions where the upper limit exceeds +40°C or the lower limit is lower than -25°C, the user should negotiate with the manufacturer.

2. The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m;

3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40℃. Higher relative humidity can be allowed at a lower temperature, for example, it can reach 90% at +20℃. Appropriate measures should be taken for condensation;

4. Pollution level: Level 2;

5. Installation category: Type Ⅱ and Type Ⅲ;

6. The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction;

7. Generally installed vertically, with a tolerance of 2° in any direction;
