We did careful research on the broken product from other suppliers and find their products:

1. have poor contact point
2. have small arc distance, lead to burning
3. not fire retardant

So we reviewed our products with other supplier, and suggested with our ideas:

Part of our customers have tested our products in third part lab, and ensured the quality is good enough to lower possibility of fire, also raise resistance to fire.
